A2, The application called BTNotification, you can check it at google player store. It can't compatible with iPhone, that means the notification and remote camera functions are not available with the iPhone.
Q3,Is it waterproof ? What's the waterproof level ?
A3, Yes, but it's a life waterproof level. can not swim and bath.

A4.The battery capacity is 350mAh, for normal using ,it can be used for about 1 day.
Q5, How do I make phone calls via this watch?
A5, you can make phone calls after you inserted the SIM card, or you can make bluetooth phone calls after bluetooth connected with the mobilbe phone.
Q6: I can’t charge my watch, it doesn’t turn on , what should I do?
A6: If this is the first time you’ve charged your watch / bracelet, please use the adapter to power it, charge it for more than 3 hours, then press the button to start it;
If you have not used the watch / bracelet for a long time without charging it, the battery would have opened the UVP function. In this situation, you need to activate the battery before using. (You can go to the phone repair shop to activate the battery).
Q7: Why does my watch frequently lose connection with my phone?
A: Please check if your phone or other antivirus software has set the APP as a trusted APP. This is required to pair bluetooth connection. If it hasn’t, please set it as trusted APP and try again.
Helpful User Tips:
1. Can’t charge the watch / bracelet
(1)If this is the first time you charge your watch / bracelet, Please use an adapter to
charge it for more than two hours, then press the button to start it;
(2)If you didn’t use the item for a long time without regular charging , the battery
would have opened the UVP function. You can go to the phone repair shop to activate thebattery.
2 Can’t connect with Bluetooth
(1). If the phone's Bluetooth version is lower than the watch's / bracelet’s,they will
not be able to pair;
(2). If the phone's Bluetooth version meet the requirements but is unable to pair, you
can clear the Bluetooth connection history on the phone, scan and connect again.
3.The APP can’t be downloaded or installed
Check the APP’s Compatibility and the cellphone’s OS version at first.When install the
Application, please try to close the “unknown sources” in “security and privacy” in the settings.
And set it as a trusted APPPlease contact the buyer to get the correct software if you need
4. The APP cannot sync data.
Restart the APP then reconnect the devices. Or restart your phone and connect it again.
5. Smart watch / bracelet frequently lose connection with the phone
Set the App as a trusted App. And keep the devices within a proper distance.
6.The battery cover is locked when the product is out of the factory,Please lock the
screws properly after installing battery or SIM card Otherwise the waterproof function will invalid
